USALearning was designed and created to advance America's workforce. USALearning supports the development of the Federal workforce and advances the accomplishment of agency missions through simplified access to high quality e-Learning products, information and services.
The Human Resources Development Program's Service Provider Consortium delivers e-Learning services to the entire Federal Government under a coordinated Government-wide framework and provides agencies with greater choices for e-Learning solutions. Together, the Service Providers are working to maximize learning technology interoperability, take advantage of economies of scale and eliminate the redundant development of learning systems across the Federal Government.
