Abstract This early implementation review responds to a Congressional request that the Office of Inspector General (OIG) review T-MSIS to determine whether CMSs plans, milestones, metrics, goals, and data elements meet the needs of entities conducting program integrity activities. In response to the request, OIG agreed to determine the status of national T-MSIS implementation and determine whether early outcomes indicate that T-MSIS data will be complete, accurate, and timely upon national implementation.
