Abstract The purpose of this project is to update the data to: (1) Reflect new developments in technologies, such as floating and subsea production systems. (2) Incorporate new costs for major activities. (all costs are presented in thousands of 2008); (3) Incorporate detailed onshore distribution data for key offshore oil and gas activities. (4) Develop a methodology to estimate the onshore distribution of other industry sectors at different levels of granularity (i.e., national, state, or regional).
