Abstract The Dallas-Plano-Irving Housing Market Area (HMA) (hereafter, the Dallas HMA) is coterminous with the Dallas-Plano-Irving, TX Metropolitan Division. For purposes of this analysis, the HMA is divided into three submarkets: the Central submarket, which includes Dallas County; the Northern submarket, which includes Collin and Denton Counties; and the Remainder submarket, which consists of Delta, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, and Rockwall Counties.
