Abstract The purpose of this report is to describe the development of the upper Klamath Basin regional groundwater flow model and groundwater management models, and to provide example applications. It is intended to help resource managers and other interested parties understand the basic attributes of the models, how they relate to the groundwater hydrology, how they incorporate aspects of groundwater use and water management, and to provide a basic understanding of the theory and application of coupled simulation and groundwater management models.
