This American Samoa Highway Safety Plan (HSP) for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2011 serves as the Territory's application to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for Federal funds available under Section 402 of Safe, Accountable, Flexible and Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU). The Government of American Samoa, Department of Public Safety (DPS) Office o Highway Safety's (OHS) goals, objectives, and performance measures related to the program areas are described in this plan.
