Abstract
|
The Commission instituted this review on May 1, 2012 and determined on August 6, 2012 that it would conduct an expedited review. The Commission transmitted its determination in this review to the Secretary of Commerce on September 28, 2012. In May 2007, the Commission found that an industry in the United States was materially injured by reason of less than fair value imports of certain PSF from China. The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) issued the antidumping duty order on June 1, 2007.
