Abstract
|
Through invited presentations and discussions, workshop participants explored existing knowledge and unanswered questions on the nature and extent of food-borne threats to health, and considered the structure of food systems, the spectrum of food-borne threats, and the particulars of illustrative case studies. Participants also reviewed existing research, policies, and practices to prevent and mitigate food-borne threats and identified opportunities to implement and strengthen practices informed by One Health throughout the global food system.
