Abstract
|
This report consists of a descriptive analysis of the mortality in Italy in 2009. Tables show standardized mortality rates and absolute number of deaths for general mortality and the main causes of death (35 for males and 36 for females), maps show standardized mortality rates. The analysis is by gender, age and geographical areas of residence (provinces, regions and four main geographical areas: North-West, North-East, Centre, South and Islands).
