Abstract
|
The Central Plateau remediation optimization study was conducted to develop an optimal sequence of remediation activities implementing the CERCLA decision on the Central Plateau. The study defines a sequence of activities that result in an effective use of resources from a strategic perspective when considering equipment procurement and staging, workforce mobilization/demobilization, workforce leveling, workforce skill-mix, and other remediation/disposition project execution parameters.
