Abstract
|
Briefing discusses air pollution due to vapor intrusion (VI). This is nothing new, but there wasn't much real data until the late 1990s and prior assessments were based mostly on modeling Since around 2000, there s been a lot more sampling and analysis, and mostly we have learned that VI can happen more than previously thought, but we still don't understand the root causes well enough to predict it with much confidence.
