Abstract
|
Nellis Air Force Base (AFB) prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) to identify and evaluate potential environmental effects from construction and operation of improvements at the Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center (MOFMC) campus. The EA was prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969 (PL 91-190; 42 USC 4321- 434 7), as amended; Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Regulations for Implementing the Provisions of NEPA (CEQ Regulations, 40 Code of Federal Regulations CFR Parts 1500-1508); and Air Force Instruction 32-7061 as promulgated in 32 CFR 989.
