The code pair data is provided as an ASCII text file for users who wish to load the data into their own database.

Each record contains either the comprehensive or mutually exclusive code pairs (both current and inactive), a short statement about the reason for exclusion, the starting/ending dates for each code, as appropriate, and a single digit code for the CCI modifier indicator.
